I started Round Tuit Consulting to help construction owners get the business behind the jobs out of their heads and into a system the field and office can actually run.

Contractors don’t need another binder in the trailer. They need clear owners for crews, processes, job costing, and growth — so missed handoffs, change orders in texts, and month-end scrambles stop being the default.
